Lewis can find being out in the community on his own quite daunting due to a learning disbaility. 

Each week Time Out take Lewis to places of his own choosing. He enjoys the cinema, theatre and eating out and with support from Time Out we can make sure he is safe when enjoying these activities.



June enjoys attending a craft group each week and going to the shops. With support from Time out she can continue enjoying taking part in these activities.


Due to Audrey's mobility she finds it difficult to get out. 

Time Out visit Audrey each week to sit and chat with her and collect items of shopping. 

Without this contact Audrey would not see anybody for long periods of time. The service has a really positive effect on her wellbeing.

We cover the borough of North Warwickshire so if you are a resident of North Warwickshire then we can help you. 

How do I pay for services?

We invoice monthly for services carried out and payment can be made via bank transfer or cheque. We will never ask for money upfront. 

You can nominate a family member or friend to manage your payments if needed. 

Are the hours limited? Do you only work during the day?

Our basic operational hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. If there is a need for evening or weekend support then please discuss with a memeber of the team and we can see if we can accomodate it. 

How does the subsidised rate work?

We are fortunate to have been awarded money via grant bids from different funds. This means we have a set amount of funding available to offer eligible customers. Once the fund has depreciated the cost reverts to the standard rate. We are working hard to obtain further funding so that the service remains accessible to all. 

What if I need to cancel a visit, will I be charged?

We understand that due to poor health it may be neccessary to cancel appointments and we ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can assess for charges in line with our terms and conditions. 

How do I know which support worker I will have?

We pair each customer with their own support worker who will have direct contact to arrange appointments. 

It is important that our support workers get to know our customers and become a familiar face. 

If your support worker is away then we aim to accomodate the support sessions with another member of the team.
